Through distant mountains, wildlife slowly climbed searching for nature’s delights to snack on.
Musky, cloudy air circled around me while I hiked up and around the rough mountains. It was cool out. I was so elevated that I could hardly breathe; I tried hard to take in a deep breath. There were sections of shimmering white snow which spread over the tip of the mountain. These huge rocks went on as far as the eye could see. The air was moving so fast around me; I felt like I was hiking on a cloud- what a dream!
The cold embraced me with a hug. The sight was unforgettable. It was therapy. Closing my eyes, I breathed in. I was safe. I was relaxed.
